Refund Policy

Effective 10 August 2026

How cancelling a paid subscription is refunded. This is article 6a of the Terms of Service, reproduced here in full and binding as part of them.

6a. Cancellation and refunds

(1) You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. The operator charges no penalty and no cancellation fee for doing so.

(2) Cancelling a MONTHLY subscription mid-term stops billing from the next billing date. The paid plan stays in place until the end of the period already paid for and moves to Free on that day. A period already paid for and used is not refunded.

(3) Cancelling a YEARLY subscription mid-term is refunded: the months you have used are settled at the monthly list price and the remainder is returned. That is, «refund = amount paid − (months used × monthly price)», and where that comes to less than zero there is nothing to return. Any month you used at all counts as a whole month.

(4) Paragraph 3 settles at the MONTHLY price because the yearly price is a discount granted in exchange for a twelve-month commitment. Cancelling mid-term removes that premise, so the period actually used is settled at the ordinary monthly price. Nothing beyond that settlement is charged.

(5) Regardless of paragraphs 2 and 3, the operator refunds a payment where:

  • the request is made within 7 days of payment and the paid features were not substantially used in that billing period — the payment in full, on either cycle;
  • the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours for reasons attributable to the operator — pro-rated refund for the unavailable period;
  • a billing error such as a duplicate charge is confirmed — the wrongly charged amount in full.

(6) Refunds are made to the payment method used; requests go to support@tagloft.net. A Korean card payment is refunded as a full or partial cancellation of the original authorisation, so your card issuer may take several days to show it.

(7) Payments made through the overseas payment provider (Paddle) are refunded through Paddle’s own process, because Paddle is the merchant of record for them. The standard applied is the one set out in this article.

(8) Nothing in this article limits the right to terminate a continuing transaction under the Act on Door-to-Door Sales of the Republic of Korea. You may cancel at any point during the term, and where the law provides for terms more favourable to you than this article, the law applies.

(9) Moving from a paid plan to the Free plan deletes nothing. While an organization holds more than the Free plan allows, adding and editing assets is restricted; reading, exporting and deleting remain available.
