- Is it really free, permanently?
- Up to 300 assets, 3 members and 100MB of storage, with no time limit — a tier you keep, not a trial. If no member signs in for a whole year the data is cleaned up after advance notice; any sign-in keeps it.
- Can I take my data elsewhere?
- Every asset and every history record exports to CSV at any time. Not locking your data in is a design rule here.
- Can I migrate from another asset tool?
- CSV import is supported: upload the export, confirm the column mapping, review the validation result, and only clean rows are registered. Duplicate tags are skipped, so re-running an import is safe.
- Does barcode scanning need an app?
- No. Allow camera access in your phone browser and scan straight away. Add the site to your home screen and it behaves like an app.
- Where is my data stored?
- The database lives in the AWS Seoul region (Supabase); photo and document files live in the Cloudflare R2 Asia-Pacific region. Files sit in private storage, and every access is checked against the signed-in session and the organization membership.
- Can I buy a paid plan today?
